Hello Bielsko Biala Hostel - Bielsko-Biala

I recently stayed at Hello Hostel & Apartments for a weekend trip to Bielsko. The location was incredibly convenient, close to transport and the city center. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The light breakfast was a nice touch, especially when it was ready for us at 5am. Definitely recommend!

I was actually surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room at this hostel. The simple breakfast included was a nice touch, as was the availability of coffee and tea throughout the day in the large living room. The bathroom was super clean and had plenty of room. The friendly and bilingual reception staff were always eager to help with any inquiries. The hostel's location near the train and bus stations was convenient, and the bakery shop next door was a delicious bonus. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hostel is conveniently located near the bus and train stations, making it easy to get around. It's also within walking distance of the city center and close to grocery shops and restaurants. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hostel is clean. the check out time is late for a hostel, which is a bonus. the free breakfast, although not extensive, is a nice perk for budget travelers.

I recently stayed at Hello Hostel in Bielsko-Biala for 3 nights. The receptionist, Marek, was incredibly welcoming and reserved a spacious room for us to accommodate our bicycles. The veranda with a hammock was a nice touch, and the basic but great breakfast was included. The bathrooms and showers were clean, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. The hostel also had a private parking lot, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

A Warm Welcome: The 24-hour front desk staff greeted me with such enthusiasm and warmth, it felt like coming home after a long journey.

Shaking Toilet: One minor issue was the shaking toilet, which could use some maintenance.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and town center. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for food and sightseeing. The free breakfast, although simple, was a nice addition.

The entrance to the private parking was a bit narrow, which may be difficult for larger vehicles. However, there is plenty of street parking available nearby.

Mind-blowing location, with train station a short 5-minute walk away and town center just 10 minutes away. Super clean rooms, friendly staff, and complimentary breakfast with cornflakes, fresh rolls, and more. Cozy common area, great value for money.

The terrace with city views was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. It felt like being on top of the world, with a bonus of excellent Wi-Fi connection. The 24-hour front desk staff were like superheroes, always ready to assist with a smile. They were the true masters of time, making sure all our needs were met anytime, day or night. The shared lounge was a hidden oasis, where strangers became friends over conversations and laughter. It was like a mini United Nations, except with comfier couches and free Wi-Fi! The hotel's close proximity to St Nicholas' Cathedral meant we could easily attend the daily organ concerts. The music transported us to another realm, where melodies danced in harmony with the centuries-old architecture.
